Recycle Livingston is a non profit organization that has been serving the recycling needs of citizens living in Livingston County, Michigan since 1989. The purpose of this website is to provide information about how to use our facility and to encourage other people or organizations to become more involved by volunteering to help or making donations.

Summer Hours: Mar. 1st - Oct. 31
Saturday 9:00am - 1:00pm
Every Wednesday 12:00pm - 5:30pm
October 2008 Donors
On October 4, 2008, Hungry Howie's of Howell donated four large pizzas for the Saturday site volunteers. They really enjoyed them. In addition to our regular volunteers, we also had community service workers and volunteers from The Connection Youth Services who enjoyed them as well.

Unscheduled Site Closures
Recycle Livingston may also close due to weather conditions, including but not limited to: severe heat (heat index in the 90's); thunderstorms/tornado warnings; severe cold (zero wind chill or single digit temps). When these or other questionable weather conditions exist, call the office before coming to the site.

Business members may recycling during office hours. Please call ahead to make sure we are there. Sometimes we need to do errands.
How to Find Us
We are located at 170 Catrell Street in Howell, Michigan. Please note that the Catrell Street address is our physical site only. Mail sent to the Catrell Street address will be returned by the Post Office as undeliverable. Our mailing address is indicated at the top of each of our web pages.
The site is North of Grand River, between National and Chilson, behind the Dollar General and Grundy Ace Hardware stores. Big Lots is on the opposite side of Grand River.
